♊️ 🌙 This is a Full Moon Guided Meditation for December 2022. This month the moon is in Gemini. This is a Chakra Cleansing meditation where we will spend 2-3 minutes on each Chakra to remove blocking energy and let go of what needs to let go. The moon in Gemini is talking about dualities and time to make decisions, setting boundaries and getting rid of negative energy. In this meditation, we will start with a 3-min singing bowl centering meditation followed by the Chakra flow. Hope you enjoy this last full moon of 2022.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
