2. Happy Teachers Change the World: A Guide for Cultivating Mindfulness in Education by Thich Nhat Hanh
There are many activities as I am sure you know that helps coming back to the present moment, befriending emotions and thoughts and watering the wholesome seeds in the mind of the children.

I am new to meditation. I play poker at a semi high level and I am looking for an edge. Recent WSOP champ is big on meditation. Just watched your first video and already feel a calm that is very new to me.

I am not surprised that the champion is big on meditation as it helps to find a sense of stability, solidity and clarity in the midst of an emotional whirlwind.
