@@WesLey-wt5fg I mean to say if life is in extreme pressure then brain could not be stable and it cannot do it as it is in out of control. But I can say in other words, we have to practice or do daily to get what we want in our life. This is also called a meditation.

I have been meditating for 5 years, the changes are small and bit by bit. You might not even notice a change at first. But, looking back 5 years, the changes are huge.

As per buddism all are illutions. Then if you say Sri Lanksn monk, that means you still have desires. Till you remove your disires from your mind you can never attain Nibbana.

Meditation helps us in several ways. If we meditate daily then it will boost our mental strength, increase our wisdom and remove negativity from our life. It calms our mind and gives stability.

Buddhist is just a word, just like Christian, Muslim, Jewish and so on. It´s not important, because they are only labels. What´s important is the teachings there lead to less suffering and more Oneness on this planet.
