To anyone feeling anxious, please be gentle with yourself. Know that this emotion you’re feeling is not because of anything you did wrong, rather, like bad weather, it is something passing through you. You will make it out on the other side. Turn your attention to your breathing to anchor yourself. You will be okay.

Hi. To anyone who’s reading this, I’m sorry that you have to be here. And.. I totally get it – I couldn’t relate more right now. We’ll get through this together, and I know how much you’ve struggled. Me too. I’m with you, you’re not alone. Take some deep breaths in and out slowly and close your eyes, listen to the video as many times as you’d like to help get you out of the horrible cycle that anxiety puts you in. You’re in control, only you have the power to convince your mind that you’re capable of letting this feeling go, and getting on with life as easily as you have before. You’re a king/queen, and you’re loved. ❤ you’ll always have support around you, no matter what. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I promise you, no one will ever judge you for this. That’s not really what this meditation is saying. If anything, you think negative, and then let it go. Thinking positive is just avoidance. You need feel it, and then make a conscious choice to let it go.
To whoever is reading this: I’m glad you exist ❤ your mind is like a garden and anxious thoughts are like weeds: you didn’t plant them but they’re there so all you have to do is pull them out it’s not easy but you are capable and strong ❤
