Yo. I’m not even exaggerating. I started playing this in the car (sitting in the parking lot outside my home/not driving) got about 5 mins into the thing and decided to go inside my home to finish playing as I sleep. When I got inside I checked my work pants pockets (because I remember leaving my earphones in them) so I can plug my earphones in while I listen to this and found 50 dollars that I had somehow forgot about. To anyone who is skeptical, research.. “Reticular Activating System in the brain”. It’s the actual science behind how these things work. I feel the same way about this meditation… I’ve suffered from bad insomnia all my life and when I listen to this meditation I fall asleep almost immediately and I sleep the full half hour until the meditation ends…my take away from this so far is sleep which makes me feel better the rest of the day…no money yet but that’s okay…if I never receive any money it’s okay because I finally have something that helps me get the sleep I’ve been lacking…I’m blessed and very grateful for that alone…

I noticed if i fall asleep while listening to it … it doesn’t work instantly… if i concentrate on what he’s saying then it actually works.
