Fell asleep without noticing at all, only by the end minutes I was like, where is the wake up bit?, then I rewinded and listened and realized I had been asleep a few minutes. The whole thing was very relaxing, and my mind had been racing with thoughts before I fell asleep, totally calm now. ❤️🙏

I just have to tell you that last night was the first time I came across your page and listened to this new moon meditation. It was THE most intense session I have ever had!!!
