In the faq section its says that dont do it at midnight, but isnt Bharma Muhurta at midnight ?

Bramha muhurta is a period before dawn.
@CripTik Brahma muhurat begins at 3:40 am in the morning. While during midnight it’s actually sadhya kala. Sandhya kala are transition times when arbitrons changes (day to noon, noon to evening , evening to night, ) and one major Sandhya kala comes during midnight. It is very strong. Person who’s not initiated or might not have that efficient energy base might harm himself. There are documantary when people did isha kriya during midnight and couldn’t sleep for days
This kriya has proved to be magical in my life. Any worries or problems sort out themselves, as if the whole Universe is with me ๐๐ฝ

@Pam hey can u plz help me about this- i didn’t feel any vibration in my stomach i opened my mouth fully i tried a lot of time but didn’t feel any vibration . Sometimes it feels above the naval but it is not good as isha kriya direction vibration has to be feel below the naval and also lot of thoughts came in my mind when i doing isha kriya can u plz suggest me something about vibration
@Dharmender Dixit Open your mouth wide. I just did what i could. Dont worry about whether you feel anything or not. Just try to do daily, religiously.

โ@PK if you stop before then you’re not completing the 14-15 minute minimum mark. You have to do that.

For those of you who are wondering about the chant at the end, it was composed by Adi Shankaracharya 2000 years ago, urging humans to turn to spirituality. It actually has 18 stanzas, Sadhguru sang 3.

Can you interpret what the words are in English?
Do we need to chant along or just keep focus on the middle of eyebrow while this chant happens.
@Preethi Shetty It would be best if you could simply focus on the sound of the chant, even if you don’t understand a word. Sadhguru says that the power is in the sound, not in the meaning.

@Yash jii its like studies, when u dont practice some math problem or concept u tend to forget it, but after going through it again, u start to get it again. Same will happen with this.

I was emotionally and mentally a mess when this video come in front of me. Been practising it everyday for the last 2 weeks. My anger and sadness has decreased. My mind start producing positive thoughts again. I am more concentrated to my self, my life and feel rejoiced. Thank you Sadhguru!
How is the progress now?
@Delta3068 Isha kriya has becomed a daily practice for me. The thoughts, anxiety and dark moods are still coming but now ฤฑ realize them and don’t follow them. I try to not overthink issues and let it go. I feel I am healing

@Infinite Influence yes it works, keep doing it. ”I am not this body, I am not even the mind” this phrase will make realize you are not made of your thoughts and your thoughts come and go. Once you start catching these thought loops that became a habit of your ego, everything starts to get better and you start to see the joy of existence. I hope you find your stability and point of happiness.

To put into words how I felt, it’s that feeling you get when you suddenly wake up, your mind and your body are dissociated, you are telling you legs to move but it isn’t, you just exist in-between. Your mind is clearer, everything is just calm up there. It’s so peaceful and warm.

I was diagnosed by a psychiatrist 10 years ago,with C-PTSD(Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). But now..I beat the odds,and because of this meditation,I reprogrammed my brain & reversed the C-PTSD for good! โค

I have just come out of a traumatic experience and my dad recommended this yoga to help me. I just did it because I needed some sense of security. When Sadguru started the chant post the Aaaaa sound I just cried heavily and couldnโt stop throughout the mantra. Simultaneously my hands went numb and I felt love. Like the universe was holding my face telling me Iโm loved. I was disoriented when I opened my eyes and stumbled around when I got up. I donโt know what this means but I feel peaceful and I plan to follow this ardently. Also I wish happiness and love to all.
I saw my father during meditation. He passed away in 2007. But i felt his hug, his touch. I opened my eyes with tears but i wasnโt sad anymore, i was happy. Thank you Sadghuru. Youโre a blessingโค๏ธ
Itโs a first experience of the calling by the god and he has gave direction to your fate on a good purpose to this meditation and doing every day 2 times in morning and night you will feel very good energy within yourself and it will activate the connection to god
