I’ve been using Adriene’s yoga to supplement my gym/running sessions for nearly two years. I always felt more energised and uplifted after completing one of these yoga sessions compare to a cardio or weight sessions. I recently became ill with Covid19, I was physically and mentally in a painful place, I couldn’t even stand let alone exercise. One morning in my self isolation I pushed myself to onto my mat and I managed to complete one of the floor yoga sessions, the difference it made to my ongoing recovery is something I could never describe. Thankful to you Adriene, sending positive energy to all your follower 🙂

Yoga With Adriene thank you so much for being there. I started this journey 5 years ago, when I was a PhD student in Madrid. Back to Italy, feeling weak and vulnerable due to an unknown situation and emotions I decided to start that journey back again. And here I am, grateful for having subscribed to this channel years ago when I didn’t even know what yoga meant, when it was just a practice I found useful to take a break from my research. Now, I have the feeling it was a precise path somebody or something up there or down here wanted me to discover. Namaste.

You’ re a real wonder Adriene. I follow your meditation playlist every morning. Lifts my spirit and clears my mind for the rest of the day. So, more meditation guides cause, i think the mind exercises and how it should be controled, are more important than the physical ones, especially coming from a person that i like and resonate with. I burst into tears cause I realized how much my parents love me and took care of me all these years and now that i grew up I’m pushing them away and I just felt so grateful for having them thank you Adriene.
First time I was “in the zone“ while meditating! Plus my back didn‘t hurt while sitting tall so, yeah!!!!!!! 🙏🤗
This is what I was going to ask! As much as I’m trying to be aware of my posture and of my spine, it still hurts when I sit tall. However, when I crunch forwards, the pain seems to go away… I was going to ask for some help. What would be your advice?
I just wanted to let you know, that some yoga can be satanic, so if I were you I would stop with the stuff about feeling your inner self and that type of stuff. The only way to help with your spirit and soul is to pray to the Holy Trinity and to go to Church, especially Mass where you revive the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist!Just wanted to let you know!

@Jesus Saves firstly, this a meditation, not yoga
and yoga isn’t satanic, please go research the actual history of yoga and not the messed up stuff the church feeds you, yoga aswell as meditation are both a spiritual practice not a religious practice, and spirituality is an personal journey so the only person who could make it satanic is the one doing it with the intention of making it satanic
I’ve tried so many apps and so many videos and NO ONE ELSE can connect or guide me through meditation, from start to finish, like Adriene can ❤

The birds are chirping and playing outside my window. The sun is rising. We have a lovely meditation with Adriene. What a beautiful way to start my day!
Before the meditation I’d thought I wouldn’t be able to sit still for about 12 minutes, but the calm voice of Adriene instructed me to focus on my breath to stay present and I didn’t really want to come out of the meditation, no fidgetting or sense of uneasiness occured! I’m just calm and relaxed specially after the challanging yoga I’d done before! ❤
I really got some length in my spine at the end of this meditation and that was refreshing, Namaste ❤

Intention : meditate to have wisdom
I have done this session several times but today it feels awesome because I let it flow naturally and I can really feel the benefits of the brain boost and meditation, and I am so thankful
