I always judged meditation as weird and lame. But after I tried it, I do have to say it’s pretty relaxing. Gets your mind clear and body relaxed.
came back to this a year later 🥺
Opened my eyes got tingly feet and felt so happy I couldn’t help to giggle to myself 💜looking at all the plants and outside things in my garden gave me the most relaxed feeling. Don’t know why I don’t do this everyday but I want to start!
i love how he said not to judge yourself when practicing meditation. that made me feel more confident that it will get better the more i practice <3

Wow It really didn’t feel like like 10mins. When I opened my eyes I felt so relaxed and at peace and almost like I reset my mind, body and feelings. I’m not as stressed and lost in my thoughts from over thinking about things and I’m not worried about anything. I almost feel like a different person 😌🙌🏾✨ Thank you so much, you don’t know how much I needed this and how much this helped me right now. 🙏🏾
For some reason I imagined the breathing into the body part as a light making my body glow like the sun. It looked like happiness to me. I also had a smile on my face after a few minutes and honestly it felt like a real genuine smile, which hasn’t happened in years. It felt nice.

I haven’t felt peace like this in a while. This was such an experience… definitely something I’ll start doing regularly from now on
3 Tips on HOW to start meditating:
1. Remove all distractions – find a quiet place
2. Calm down – the simple and natural way is slow down your breathing
3. Direct the mind – focus on a certain subject (concentration meditation) or start observing (mindfulness meditation). Its two different types of meditation
literally as soon as i finished this i could feel a space between my brain and skull as if there were tension there before that was giving me an uncomfortable feeling that i wasn’t even aware of, my palms feet and shoulders were so relaxed and i felt free. thank you so much and i appreciate you and everyone else who might read this and is bettering themselves <3
1. Sit In An Active Posture and you may choose to close your eyes
2. Take a deep breath feeling all air inside of you and exhaling which lasts longer than before
3. Take another deeper breath feeling air contracting you lungs and rib and exhaling lasting longer than before
4. Take another even deeper breath feeling the air flow through your body and exhaling it out and notice how you feel now
5. Now take a deep breath feeling all the air down to your feet
6. Another deep breath feeling the air all the way down to knees and toes
7. Next deep breath sending it all the way down to your pelvic region
8. Next deep breath sending it to the back of your body relaxing your abdominal region
9. Next deep breath sending it to heart and sending it out of your heart then sending it to your upper torso and your shoulders.
10. Next deep breath into your neck leading it to your lower jaw relaxing your mouth breathing in the area around your ears. Breathing now all the way to the crown of your head
11. Next deep breath breathing all around your body feeling it flowing through every part of your body
12. Continue breathing for a while
13. Take 3 more deep breaths just like (1,2,3)
14. Now take the deepest breath sending the air from the top of your body to the tips of toes and feeling it coming back from toes to the top region your body
15. Now open your eyes and see how you feel

This genuinely felt like 3 or 4 minutes max. I feel so much more relax after this.
At one moment I saw myself as a very little girl and my mom very young walking on the beach in Europe for a couple of minutes. So relaxing. So good. I heard the waves of the sea. And then I heard his voice like let’s comeback to the room. I opened my eyes with such a gratitude. Feeling amazing. This is my new experience, my new hobby! ❤
