This meditation was AMAZING😲
I was so relaxed it felt like I was sleeping, but I was still completely aware of my surroundings. My body felt cool, and absolutely still, almost numb and like I was floating on air.
Before I started my practice, I felt almost dizzy with so many thoughts running through my mind. When I finished, I felt a tremendous amount of calm and peace.
I highly recommend trying this!

This was my first attempt at meditation and I actually enjoyed it! I’ve always been curious about what it was like to meditate. I don’t know if I did it right but I feel more relaxed than I was around 20 minutes ago. Nice video.
I’m just getting into meditation and have done this twice so far. I have felt progress both times and feel that I exponentially improved from the first time to the second.
