I did a meditation course a few years ago and its quite similar to the method you are showing. The breathing method is really helpful in keeping mind focused and worryless for those few moments. Just finished my first Meditation session, I found my peace so fast, and I checked the time I had been sitting there for 30 minutes, and it didn’t feel that long, nor did I move at all.
