Thank you for watching! // What is holding you back to meditate regularly? What other tips has helped you to meditate every day?
I think the intention part is something we overlook. It is almost like a goal and a purpose for what you are doing. My goal is reduce my stress and collect my thoughts. Also I focus on small things and slowly build up. Great video and you just got a new subscriber
Hi @Meredith! I agree. Having an intention in meditation is our North Star. It guides us through our practice.
And what do u mean by I focus on small times? Did you mean small things?
Peaceful Breathing absolutely and just fixed it
Great job, do you believe in the law of attraction
Thank you @You Khanh Do It! I actually don’t know much about it but have seen a lot of people talking about it. I will learn what it is and get back to you!
@Peaceful Breathing – Meditation and Mindfulness I have you post some affiliate links as a test, love your channel
you’re such a great presenter.
Aww thanks @sunny lenarduzzi. I feel it is one of the areas that I need to improve the most so I will let your comment sink in and appreciate where I am right now.
VERY important topic
Yes indeed, thank you Lama
Thanks for this 3rd video. I really like. 🙏
Great idea for background music to listen to you 🌈.
A retreat of meditation can only provide a great serenity, a peace, a great blessing.
Is it possible for beginners ? 🙏
Great tips! I love how you mention remembering to enjoy the practice. What keeps me consistent is doing it at the same time every day in the morning. It’s become part of my routine and something I’ve come to look forward to more and more!
Yes @Countney Callahan, thanks for the reminder! This is a great tip. I meditate first thing in the morning too and that’s how I make sure I do it.
Great video, great tips! I practice mindful breathing thoughout the day especially when I feel stress, anxious or angry. I just take a few mindful breaths, breathe in deeply and then breathe out slowly. It’s helped me to slow down. Then I felt calmer and lighter. That’s nice! Thank you so much for your sharing. It’s going to be my daily practice.
@Anh Nguyen, seems you know what you’re doing! Breathing in and out, it’s the foundation of the practice. Great job!
Really great tips! I always fall in and out of meditation, these were helpful to me.
Hi Evan, glad you found these tips helpful. It was the same for me at the beginning, falling in and out of the practice. But over time, it became more consistent. I hope this channel will support your practice. Nice to meet you!
Love seeing Sam! Reminding oneself of our intention is so important I find. Using the training analogy helps a lot to remind us that it is indeed a practice. I have been practicing for many years (informally and formally) and one thing that helps me is to be kind with myself (like you say, appreciative of the blessings that are already here and slowing down to be with those appreciations). Thank you!
I started meditating a few years ago but stoped and have started again because I want to not let my emotions control me.
Good for you. Meditation can be very helpful to reduce the strength of our emotions and with more clarity, we can transform unwholesome emotions into wholesome ones. Good luck and feel free to ask me questions. Take care 🙏
I think meditate with your friend helps
Yes! By friends, I meant the sangha, a group of spiritual friends/community. It’s helpful in many ways, it supports us and also we can learn from others and learn through our itneractions with them.
I loved your little altar with your booklet and your little corner for meditation 🙂hope you don’t mind me asking where did you bought it? (the chair)thank you

Ajahn Brahm recommends checking in with yourself at the end of a meditatioin session and see how much more calm, peaceful and happy meditation has made you. This simple act of acknowledging that meditation is an enjoyable and rewarding practice can be enough to motivate you in the future.
Here is another one… Sharon Salzburg recommends doing nothing but getting into a meditation posture sometime before you go to sleep. This is a commitment of about *30* *seconds* . I’ve found if I do this I end up meditating for an entire normal length session. But the commitment is just to get into the posture. Try it for 21 days and see how you react.
